Wisal Mustafa Hassan, MBChB, MPH
Sudan Country Director
Wisal has worked for HAI in both the Côte d'Ivoire program (Interim Country Director) and now as Sudan Country Director. She has served as a medical officer at the Malindi District Hospital in Kenya, and later conducted research on HIV and STDs through collaborations between the University of Nairobi and the University of Washington. She completed her medical training at the University of Nairobi, and earned her MPH in epidemiology from the University of Washington.
